My Vehicle is Showing as Active and in Service But Not Showing Up

Any vehicle in Road XS that is currently active will be displayed with an active status in the vehicle list.

It will appear as shown below:

Any status other than this indicates that the vehicle is out of service.  

For instance, if a status like "Active and In Service" is added and set to operational daily, Road XS will still classify it as out of service.

For example:

The top vehicle in this case would be considered out of service and not displayed, despite being labeled as active and in service with a green indicator.

This is because only vehicles marked as out of service, or as Road XS refers to it, during 'Out of Action Periods', need to be specified.

This allows you to indicate periods during which vehicles are out of service and provide a reason. For example, active status is not required, but statuses like the ones below can be used:
