How to Allow a Home Pickup for a Passenger on DRT and Dial a Ride

There may be instances where you need to allow for a passenger to be picked up from home for your DRT or Dial a Ride services.

To allow this simply:

1. Load the passenger profile via search or the main menu
2. Select Edit Passenger Details
3. Set 'Eligible for Home Pickup (DRT) to Yes

Then make sure you press the button 'Update Passenger',

This will now enable the passenger to be picked up from home.

Please Note:

For any passenger being picked up from home, please ensure that their home location is pinpointed with a WhatWords location.
