How to Reset a Driver Portal Login and Password
You have the ability to efficiently update a driver's login credentials (username or password) for the driver portal by following these steps:
- Access the driver's profile, either through the Main Menu or the search bar
- Opt for "Edit Driver Details" from the menu on the left
- Update either the username or password on the right-hand side (consider utilising a password generator)
- Ensure to save the updated details
- Notify the driver of their updated username and password
The login button will be visible on the driver's profile screen.
Useful Suggestion:
To aid the driver in recalling their username, we recommend using their email address as their username.
IMPORTANT:
Each driver must have a unique username. Sharing a username with another driver will result in denial of access to the driver's portal.
