Setting Up a Driver on the Driver Portal
By default, every driver has access to the driver portal. However, access is granted only upon entering the correct username and password. Failure to set these credentials will result in the inability to log in.
To provide access to the driver portal, follow these steps:
- Access the driver's profile either via the Main Menu or the search bar
- Choose "Edit Driver Details" from the left-hand menu
- Enter the username and password on the right (consider using a password generator)
- Remember to save the details
- Inform the driver of their username and password
Once the account is set up, a login button will appear on the driver's profile screen.
Top Tip:
To help the driver remember their username, consider using their email address as their username.
IMPORTANT:
Each driver must have a unique username. Sharing a username with another driver will result in access denial to the driver's portal.
