Why Can't I See Any Journeys?

If you log in to Road XS and are unable to view any journeys, the cause may be that you do not have any service areas assigned to your user account.

A service area is where the journey is located. If you do not have access to that area, you will not be able to see those journeys.

This might be due to the following reasons:

  • You do not manage journeys in that area of the organization
  • There are no journeys created in that area
  • Your account has not been assigned the appropriate service area (or any)

To add a service area, please complete the following (if your user access rights allow):

  1. Select the 'Main Menu'
  2. Select 'Settings'
  3. Select 'Admin Users'
  4. Click the pencil icon to edit the admin user
  5. Find "Service Areas" and click in the box to select the relevant service areas
  6. Add your admin password under 'Confirm These Changes'
  7. Press the green button 'Save Changes'

This will now assign the relevant and related service areas to the user.

If there are now any journeys in that service area, they will be visible to the user whose account has just been updated.
