Why Does a Journey Not Show Up on the Action Board Despite Being Driver or Call Pending?
If a journey is not appearing on the action board, despite the status being either driver pending or call pending, it is likely being caused by the timing, either the pickup time or drop off time.
Have a look at the journey, and examine the journey times to determine if for example the drop off indicates a pending status.
If it does indicate a pending status, then this is likely the issue.
By recalculating the journey (you may need to contact Road XS support for assistance), it will likely add a corrected drop off time, which should resolve the issue as it will remove it out of pending.
In essence, if a drop off date and time is not available or displayed, the system will not recognize the need to display that journey at the specified date and time in the action board.
