How to Reset a Password in Road XS
Resetting a password in Road XS follows a simple process. This guide will explain how to reset passwords for:
- Admin accounts
- Driver accounts
- Passenger accounts
How to Reset an Admin's Password:
- Go to the Main Menu
- Access Settings
- Choose Admin Users
- Click the pencil icon next to the admin's name to modify their details
- Enter the new password
- Confirm the new password
- Provide your own password to validate the change under 'Confirm These Changes'
- Click 'Save Changes'
How to Reset a Driver's Password:
- Access the Main Menu
- Choose Drivers (or search for the driver)
- Select 'Edit Driver Details'
- Update the password under Driver Portal Access on the right-hand side
- Click 'Update Driver '
