Your Road XS ID (Instance ID): Where to Find It

Your Road XS ID, or Road XS instance, is the subdomain that provides access to Road XS. This subdomain is used to access the admin area, driver portal, and passenger portal, and it serves as the identifier for your organization's access to Road XS.

For example, if your organisation's name was Wayne Enterprises, and your login to Road XS was:

we.roadxs.cloud

(which is shorter than typing in wayneenterprises.roadxs.cloud etc each time)

Then your Road XS ID would be:

we

It's the subdomain before roadxs.cloud, which serves as your ID.

This ID is also used by your drivers to log in to the Road XS driver app.
