Setting the 'Self Service' Driver Portal Journey Radius
Enabling the option for drivers to self-assign journeys also allows you to define the distance from the driver's residence within which they can accept assignments. For example, you can limit assignments to journeys within a 3-mile radius, or expand the range to cover journeys up to 200 miles, providing drivers with greater flexibility in their choices.
To do this:
- Main Menu
- Settings
- General Settings
- Set the mileage in 'Car Radius in Miles' to your preferred value
- Press Save Changes
