Client Reference Types
Sometimes you might need to add a client reference to a booking. Here we explain how to set this up and manage them. Client reference types are only applicable if they have been added to your booking form. If they have been then please follow these steps.
How to Setup Client Reference Types
To add a client reference type, you need to enable this function via the appropriate admin role first.
To do this:
- Go to the 'Main Menu' and select 'Settings'
- Select 'Admin Roles'
- Click the 'Pencil Icon' to edit the role
- Under 'Miscellaneous', enable 'Configure Client Reference Types'
How to Add Client Reference Types
To add a client reference type, you need to enable this function via the appropriate admin role first.
Once the above has been enabled, go to:
- The Main Menu and select 'Settings'
- Select 'Configure Client Reference Types'
- Enter a Title and press 'Save Changes'
How to Edit Client Reference Types
Sometimes you might want to edit the title of a client reference type. To do this:
- Go to the Main Menu and select 'Settings'
- Select 'Configure Client Reference Types'
- Press the 'Pencil Icon' next to the title
- Update the title and press 'Save Changes'
