Journey IDs Explained

Each journey in Road XS will be assigned a unique ID, prefixed with a letter to indicate its type:

  • J — Single Journey: A one-off journey. Updates to a J journey apply only to that individual journey.
  • R — Recurring Journey: Acts as the parent or controlling journey. Clicking the ID will display all associated sub-journeys (S journeys) in the set. Updates to an R journey will automatically update all linked S journeys.
  • S — Sub-Journey: A journey that is part of a recurring set. Clicking the ID will also show the full set it belongs to.

This ID system helps clearly identify journey types and manage updates across recurring sets.
