How to Create a Car Club Journey Without a Volunteer Driver

To facilitate the creation of a car club journey for individuals who do not require a volunteer driver and simply wish to book the vehicle, please follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Create Journey'
2. Under 'Select Booking Type', choose 'Book a Vehicle'
3. Specify the date and time
4. Indicate the end time or the duration for which the vehicle will be booked
5. Choose the passenger booking the journey (add them first if they are new)
6. Specify the payment source
7. Determine the payment type
8. Indicate whether they are accompanied by a carer
9. Specify whether they have any mobility aids
10. Select 'Add Passenger to Journey'
11. If necessary, add another passenger in the same manner or click 'Add Passenger to Journey'
12. Selecting the Vehicle: Now, select any available vehicle (if none are shown, then none are available)
13. Click Next
14. Specify the service area (the area in which your car club operates)
15. Indicate whether the booking is recurring
16. Set 'Driver Known' to No
17. Add any additional details in the notes section
18. Select Create Journey

The vehicle will now be booked, and the journey will be created in the system.
