Exporting Your Journey, Drivers and Passenger Data

Sometimes there is a need to export data in its raw format. For instance, if you wish to export all driver and passenger emails.


The procedure is as follows:


Important:

The 'Export Data' feature must be enabled for the admin user roles for this function to work. Otherwise, it will not appear in settings.


  1. Access the Main Menu
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Select Journeys, Passengers or Drivers
  5. For passengers and drivers, either enter the names you want to export
  6. Alternatively, to export all, leave this field blank and click the export button to download a CSV file of the data.
