Exporting Your Journey, Drivers and Passenger Data
Sometimes there is a need to export data in its raw format. For instance, if you wish to export all driver and passenger emails.
The procedure is as follows:
Important:
The 'Export Data' feature must be enabled for the admin user roles for this function to work. Otherwise, it will not appear in settings.
- Access the Main Menu
- Navigate to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Select Journeys, Passengers or Drivers
- For passengers and drivers, either enter the names you want to export
- Alternatively, to export all, leave this field blank and click the export button to download a CSV file of the data.
