Why Are My Mileage and Pickup Times Wrong?
Sometimes you may encounter discrepancies in the journey details, such as incorrect mileage or peculiar pickup times/dates (e.g., -00001 November 1912).
This could be attributed to inaccuracies in the passenger, driver, or destination/location address.
If you repeatedly encounter this error, it is likely that the saved location address is also incorrect.
In the event of any of the aforementioned issues, it is recommended to:
- Ensure the location is accurately pinpointed using What3Words (this will override the address information)
- Verify the correctness of the passenger address, ensuring it appears as intended in Google. Sometimes, it may be necessary to remove the house number and display only the road address if it's not stored in Google
- Double-check the driver address (if applicable)
- Verify the drop-off location
- Review your favorite location data if it's marked as a favorite location
In most cases, addressing the above considerations will resolve these issues.
