No Drivers Showing Up

When you attempt to allocate a driver and encounter a blank background color, it is likely due to an issue caused by the admin notes on that journey.

If someone has pasted content from a program like Microsoft Word into the admin notes section, it can cause a minor corruption in the lookup process.

To resolve this issue, navigate to the Admin Notes on the menu for that journey and remove the admin note with the pasted content.

After removing the note, all the drivers will once again appear as normal.
