What if a Location Can't Be Found?

Sometimes, a destination, pickup point, passenger address, or driver address cannot be located by the mapping engine.

In situations like this, we recommend the following:

1. Consider modifying the address slightly (refer to how Google stores the address in maps.google.com)
2. Provide additional information related to the address per line to enhance the chances of locating the destination.
3. Utilize a postcode lookup for the location and select from the drop-down box, ensuring the address is added correctly.
4. As a last resort, move the map marker directly to the location.

We also suggest including further details in the designated box to ensure other administrators are aware of any issues related to the address. Additionally, an admin note can be added.

When entering the address, it is important to ensure that the fields are correctly filled. In some cases, leaving some of the address fields empty may be necessary.
