What Is An Internet Browser?
An internet browser, also known as a web browser or simply a browser, is a software program that you use to access the internet and view web pages on your computer. You can think of your browser as your gateway to the internet.
The main purpose of an internet browser is to translate, or render, the code that websites/cloud software are designed into the text, graphics, and other features of the web pages that we are all used to seeing today.
An Internet browser enables you to work remotely and access information from a number of different devices you might use such as your phone, laptop, tablet, and desktop computer.
Internet browsers are free to download.

Your Getting Started Checklist
Step 1) 🌍 Add a Service Area
(*may have been added for you)
Ensure that you have added a service area and allocated it to each admin user (potentially already done for you). A service area could be, for example, shopmobility, ambulance service, or an office/department that is running transport.
If you have the appropriate admin rights, you can add a service area via the Main Menu, and then choose Settings and Configure Service Areas.
Step 2) 💳 Add a Payment Source
(*may have been added for you)
Ensure that you have added at least 1 payment source (such as a client). If you accept cash, this is also considered a payment source, or a contract you're running.
If you have the appropriate admin rights, you can add a service area via the Main Menu, and then choose Sources and select the button Add Payment Source. Once there, you can fill in the details for the payment source. A payment source can also be used for adding your clients (as in people paying for you to provide your services).
Step 3) 🚌 Add a Vehicle
This is only applicable if you are running a dial-a-ride or group travel service. Ensure that you add a vehicle into Road XS. You can even use our reg lookup function too! »Find out how to add a vehicle here
Step 4) 🚗 Add a Driver
Add at least 1 driver to Road XS.
Step 5) 🧑 Add a Passenger
Why not add a passenger into Road XS? Although you can add these as you create the journeys, it just speeds up the journey creation process.
Step 6) 🗺️ Add Some Favourite Locations
We recommend adding some frequently used locations such as a local convenience store or hospital. Make sure this is entered as it is stored in Google Maps.
