Understanding the Road XS Portals
Road XS is a cloud-based community transport software designed to efficiently manage your community transport services and support your expansion. With Road XS, you can conveniently operate from any location.
All you require is an Internet connection and a compatible browser installed on your device, such as Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.
To access Road XS, you simply enter your ID before the main domain and you are ready to proceed!
The 3 Areas of Road XS
Road XS comprises:
- An Admin Area (accessible via /flightdeck)
- A Driver Portal (accessible via /driver)
- A Passenger Portal (accessible via /passenger)
Each area is accessed using a different URL in the browser's address bar.
Example Admin Login URL:
myid.roadxs.com/flightdeck
Example Driver Portal Login URL:
myid.roadxs.com/driver
You simply replace "myid" with your ID.
For instance, if your ID was "oje," the URL would be:
using /driver and /passenger instead of the / following roadxs.com in the domain name.
You will receive your ID via email during the setup process. If you do not receive it, please inform us, and we will resend it to you. Your manager will be responsible for setting up additional users on the software.
