How to Block a Driver

There may be situations where a passenger does not wish to travel with a driver, or a driver does not want to take a passenger. To address these situations, you can add a block.

How to Block a Driver

To block a driver from the passenger profile, access the passenger profile either from the main menu or by searching for the passenger directly from the search bar.

1. Access the passenger profile by navigating to the main menu and selecting ‘Drivers’, or by searching for the passenger directly from the search bar.
2. Once on the passenger profile, choose ‘Blocked Drivers’ on the left-hand side.
3. Search for the driver by entering their name.
4. Select the driver's name.
5. After selecting the driver's name, click the ‘Block Driver’ button.

This action will block the driver for this passenger.

How to Unblock a Driver

1. Go to the passenger profile as described above and select ‘Blocked Drivers’ on the left-hand side.
2. In the list of blocked drivers, click the red cross on the far right and choose ‘Yes’ on the pop-up screen.

This will then unblock the driver.
