How to Block a Passenger

There may be situations in which a driver does not wish to accept a passenger or a passenger does not want to be transported by a driver. To address this scenario, you have the option to add a block.

There may be situations in which a driver does not wish to accept a passenger or a passenger does not want to be transported by a driver. To address this scenario, you have the option to add a block.

How to Apply a Passenger Block

To do this from the driver's profile, access the driver's profile either from the main menu or by searching for the driver directly from the search bar.

1. Access the driver's profile either by navigating to the main menu and selecting ‘Drivers’ or by searching for the driver directly from the search bar.
2. Once on the driver's profile, choose ‘Blocked Passengers’ on the left-hand side.
3. Search for the passenger by entering their name.
4. Select the passenger's name.
5. Once the passenger's name is selected, click the ‘Block Passenger’ button.

This action will block the passenger.

How to Remove a Passenger Block

To remove a passenger block:

1. Navigate to the driver's profile as outlined above and select ‘Blocked Passengers’ on the left-hand side.
2. On the list of blocked passengers, click the red cross on the far right and select ‘Yes’ on the pop-up screen.

This will then unblock the passenger.
