How to Archive a Driver

There may be instances where a driver may choose to discontinue their services. In these circumstances, you will need to archive the driver so they do not show up for selection.

1. Load the driver’s profile and select ‘Edit Driver Details’ from the left-hand side

This will archive the driver and prevent them from showing up on any further journeys.

To Re-Activate a Driver

1. Load the driver’s profile and select ‘Edit Driver Details’ from the left-hand side
2. At the top of the page, click the button ‘Activate Driver’.

This will re-activate the driver and will show all the information previously held.

At the top of the page, click the button ‘Archive Driver’.
