Managing a Drivers Vehicle

This information applies to car schemes only.

In order to update the driver's vehicle details, you must first access the Driver’s Profile. You can do this by:

• Directly searching for the driver using the global search function
• Once on the driver’s profile, navigating to the ‘Vehicle Details’ section on the left-hand side.
• Within the vehicle details page, you have the option to add or modify the vehicle's registration, make, model, number of doors, MOT details, information about the vehicle's capabilities, and an image of the vehicle.
• If you do not have an image of the vehicle, you can locate one on Auto Trader. Simply click here to perform a vehicle check. Enter the vehicle's registration number to find the vehicle image, make, and model. You can then save and upload this image.
• You can also access the drivers' profiles by selecting 'Drivers' from the main menu and choosing them from the list.
