Using Messages in the Driver Portal

The messaging feature is a convenient way to communicate with the administrative team without the need for email. It serves as a method for keeping all communication within Road XS.  To access the messaging system:

• Choose "Messages" from the menu
• Alternatively, click on the envelope icon located at the top right

To send a message:

• Click on "Create New Message"
• Select "Admin" and then the specific Admin Name
• Provide a subject/title
• Compose your message and click send

This will send the message to the administrative team.

If you receive a response, you will be notified with an alert on the envelope within the portal.
