How to Cancel a Journey
If for any reason you need to cancel a journey (and have the correct access controls), simply locate the journey by searching or under journeys and navigate to the journey information screen.
You will find on the left-hand side menu (Journey Management) an option that says ‘Cancel This Journey’.
Simply press this button and it will provide you with a pop-up screen which will prompt you to provide a reason for cancelling the journey (used for reporting).
The journey will now automatically change status to Cancelled and will appear under completed journeys as well as under the passenger journey details.
Please Note:
If you don’t have the appropriate access rights, you will need to request assistance from someone who does in order to cancel that particular journey. Cancelled journeys still appear on the departure board.
You can also view statistics on all your cancelled journeys under the reports section accessible from the main menu.
