How to Un-Allocate a Driver from a Journey

In order to reassign a driver for a journey and allocate a different driver for the same trip, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the option to update the allocated driver.
  2. Adjust the confirmed status to 'Not Called'.
  3. Select 'Load Closest Driver'.
  4. Confirm the selection of a new driver from the provided list.

By following these steps, the current driver will be removed from the journey, allowing you to designate a new driver.
