What is the Confirm Payment Status?

Part of the workflow within Road XS involves confirming that payments have been received.  A journey will remain in the "Fee Pending" status until the payment has been received.  Furthermore, there is a "Confirm Payment" status within Road XS as well.

When a passenger has a journey created and is marked as paying in advance, the "Confirm Payment" status will be displayed for any journey involving this passenger, even if they are traveling with other passengers on the trip.  This feature allows you to verify that the payment was made and everything was in order before marking the journey as completed.

The status will also be displayed when a driver adds their mileage into the system and confirms that the payment has been made to the organization.  This provides the admin team with the necessary time to verify that the payment has indeed been received.
