How to Allocate a Driver to a Journey

You can quickly allocate the nearest available driver to a journey. To do this, load any journey which is in status ‘Driver Pending’.

To list all your journeys which are in ‘Driver Pending’ status, select the first icon from the journeys member called Driver Pending:

How to Allocate a Driver to a Journey

  1. Select the ‘Allocate a Driver’ button or ‘Driver Allocation’ from the left-hand menu.
  2. Wait as the nearest drivers are loaded.
  3. Call the drivers to find out if they will take the journey or not. If they can’t, update their status so they don’t get called again by pressing the status option.
  4. 4. When a driver confirms that he can do the journey, select the status ‘Confirmed’ and enter the pickup date and time on the popup screen.
  5. You will now see that the driver is marked as confirmed on the list. Back on the journey overview screen, you will also see that the journey status is now 'Call Pending'.
