Once a journey is created in Road XS, you will be provided with the estimated mileage, pickup times, and route on a map. All of this information is based on estimates and should not be considered definitive. It means your driver can choose any route they prefer, although the estimated mileage is derived from Road XS suggestions.

If the mileage or timings are inaccurate, it is often due to discrepancies in the stored locations of the driver, passenger, or location entry, compared to how they are displayed in Google.

To address this issue, we recommend visiting maps.google.com to verify how the locations are displayed on Google. Additionally, pinpointing your locations and pickup spots using What3Words in Road XS can improve the accuracy of mileage and timing estimates.
