How to Add a Vehicle Image
Vehicle images can be added for voluntary car scheme vehicles (via the driver profile) and for your fleet vehicles (minibuses / accessible vehicles).
Adding a Vehicle Image for Car Schemes
You have the option to include a vehicle image within the driver profile by following these steps:
- Access the driver profile
- Choose Vehicle Details
- Upload the vehicle image on the right-hand side
We recommend that the image be 500px by 350px and in jpg/jpeg or png format, with a file size between 100kb and 500kb.
You can use TinyPNG to reduce the image data size easily.
An alternative method is to open the image and use the Windows Snipping tool by following these steps:
- Open the image on your computer
- Search/open Snipping Tool on Windows
- Click New
- Move the mouse across the screen to capture the image
- Save the image
- Upload it to the profile and click update/save
If you prefer an online solution, you can also use resizeimage.net to upload and resize the image accordingly.
Once you have created your image, you simply need to upload it to the driver profile page.
