How to Use the Postcodes Report

At times, it may be necessary to obtain comprehensive data regarding the utilization of your transportation services within specific postcodes or postcode areas.

There may be a need to illustrate the usage of your services within individual parishes or zones. All of these requirements can be fulfilled using the 'Postcodes Report'.

There are two parts to this report:

• Part 1) Creating the postcode group and adding the relevant postcodes to the group.
• Part 2) Selecting the group you wish to see in the postcode report itself.

Part 1) Creating a Postcode Group

The first step is to create some postcode groups (if your access control will allow).

To do this:

1. Go to settings
2. Select configure postcode groups
3. Add a postcode group name
4. Click save
5. Then use the eye icon to search for the postcodes you wish to add to the group
6. When you're satisfied, click save

Now that a group has been created, it can be selected from the report, providing a breakdown of the activity within those postcode groups for passengers and drivers in the system (linked to their profiles and address).

Part 2) Viewing a Postcode Group Within the Postcodes Report

• If you are adding a group - simply click show report
• Or to access the postcodes report, click the main menu
• Select reports
• From the reports drop down select 'Postcodes Report' under the Custom section
• On the Select Postcode Group section select the postcode group, or groups you wish to look at
• Press 'Generate Report'
