Accessing the Wellbeing Board

When adding a wellbeing entry, you have the option to choose a follow-up date and time to contact the passenger or driver to check back in on them. This follow-up information is added to the wellbeing board, providing a list of 'next actions'.

You can access the wellbeing board as follows:

1. Select Main Menu

Once you select the person from the list, you will be taken to their profile where you can follow up with them.
